Credential Pick up and Weigh In for all athletes and coaches not wanting to do so on Saturday October 8th, 2011

3:00 PM to 9:00 PM               Lewis and Clark Meeting Room

All athletes and coaches will have the option to pick up credentials and weigh in on Saturday, October 08, 2010 at the 

Tournament Venue. 

Saturday, October 08, 2011 (all times are approximate)

8:00 AM         Tournament Venue Opens Blue Springs High School

                        2000 NW Ashton Drive

                        Blue Springs, MO  64015

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Credential Pick Up,  and Weigh-ins open at the Tournament Venue

8:30 AM         Short Coaches and Referee Meeting  all 14 – 17 Black Belts Report to

                                         holding area

9:00 AM         Competition Begins for 14-17 Black Belts Sparring

                        18-32 Black Belt Sparring will immediately follow 14-17 BB Division

                                        Sparring

 Noon               Black Belt Forms All Ages

Afternoon Report Times

1:00 PM         9 and under Colored Belt Forms and Sparring, Black Belt Sparring

3:00 PM                 10 to 13 Colored Belt Forms and Sparring, Black Belt Sparring

5:00 PM 14 and up Colored Belts Forms and Sparring and 33 and up Black Belts

                                (Sparring)
